I can eat the roast chicken - Puedo comer el pollo asado (PODER + FULL FORM OF 2ND VERB)
I want to eat the roast chicken - Quiero comer el pollo asado (QUERER + FULL FORM OF 2ND VERB)
I am eating the roast chicken - Estoy comiendo el pollo asado (ESTAR + 'ING' ANDO/IENDO FORM OF 2ND VERB)
I'm going to eat the roast chicken - Voy a comer el pollo asado. (IR + A + FULL FORM OF 2ND VERB)
