We did some work with the sílaba tónica and the news item I brought with me - I hope you were all pleasantly surprised at how much you understood! It really is good practice to look at a spanish newspaper now & again - or even just the spanish newsfeed on here - you might not get every word, or the tenses, but you'll certainly have a good idea of what the articles are about............

We also had some oral practice with ING words

for homework, write a sentence with the ING version of the following verbs from page 107 - mandar, adivinar, encontrar, tocar, preferir, tapar, cubrir
